Apex Contractors have been engaged to undertake the refurbishment of Dane House Care

Home in Brighton for Elysium Healthcare.

The works to the 12,500 ft2 property comprises of new roofs (pitched and flat), a new rear extension, replacement windows and doors, reconfiguration of the internal and external space and the fitout of a commercial kitchen. All new services will also be installed throughout.

The project is due to commence in November 2018 with a duration of 42 weeks.

Works have just been completed on Phase 1 of the Stephenson Road project in Southend-on-Sea to provide Motor Mechanics and Engineering teaching facilities.

Phase 1 was completed in the fast track time of 26 weeks on the 10th September 2018 with the new intake of students being facilitated on the 11th September 2018.

Phase 2 works which will provide Construction Technology teaching facilities are due to be handed over on the 31st October 2018.

The £6.8m project involved the complete overhaul and refurbishment of 2 warehouse buildings with the works being procured under a 2 stage D & B contract.

This is the 12th project that we have successfully completed with South Essex College.

The newly formed Apex Construction Management Limited are proud to announce their recent partnership with Anthology and Equals Consulting to provide a new £45m Residential development in Wembley consisting of 195 residential homes together with landscaped courtyard, car parking and associated works.

Works commenced in January 2018 with the demolition of the former Amex House at 1-4 North End Road as part of the overall masterplan surrounding Wembley stadium. Works are currently nearing the completion of the RC Frame to both blocks with the external envelope works following on closely behind. 

Works are scheduled to complete in December 2019.120718

After a calendar year the foundations, frame and the enclosing of the envelope has all progressed to enable the internal works of walls and services to proceed.  In the New Year we shall commence the full fit out sequence of the apartments as mains services become live with energy and power to work towards Practical Completion in December 2019.

 

Works have just commenced on the Queen Marys Hospital site in Sidcup, Kent for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in order to provide a pre-assessment clinic within Block B on Level 1.

The works were procured under a JCT IFC contract with CDP with a project value of £325,000.

Works are due to complete by November 2018.

Works are now well underway for 2 phases of works at Hemel Hempstead School for Hertfordshire County Council.

Phase 1 consists of the demolition of the existing Science Block & Caretakers house and construction of a new 2 storey mixed use block housing, science, music and general teaching facilities with completion in October 2018.

Phase 2 consists of the demolition of the existing gymnasium & changing rooms and provision of a new Sport England sized Sports Hall along with associated spaces and changing rooms. Due to the restricted access of this phase the demolition stage was carried out over the summer shutdown period in 2018 with completion scheduled for March 2019.

Both phases have been procured under a single stage D & B route with a combined value of £5.4m.
