Dane House, Brighton
We undertook refurbishment works to a severely water damaged redundant care home in Brighton. This required the demolition of the existing conservatory and installation of a new build extension. To repair the damage internally, the building had to be completely stripped back to the shell with the construction of new bedrooms, offices, kitchens, lounge, and consultancy rooms all with new services and plant.
Externally the property received a new roof, render, hard and soft landscaping carpark, automated gates, and canopy.
