Estuary View, Whitstable - In Progress
We are currently undertaking the design & construction of a New Supported Living Scheme (NSLS) facility for our the Graham Care Group, enhancing their existing portfolio of properties located across Surrey, Sussex & Kent.
When complete, the project will provide 101 en-suite care bedrooms over a three and four storey building with a partial basement level. It will include a Day Care Centre, communal assisted bathrooms, communal living areas, associated medical care rooms and ancillary staff offices.
Additional works will include a new access road, the provision of 69 parking spaces and a comprehensive landscaping scheme.
