Wildernesse House is a Grade II listed Georgian mansion house in Seal, near Sevenoaks, Kent. Until 2013 it was used as the headquarters for the Royal London Society for the Blind and as housing for the blind and partially sighted children who attended its school. Recently it was converted into 23 apartments together with 8 Mews houses.

Our scope was to carry out reconfiguration of apartments, remove and treat dry rot, swimming pool repairs, redecoration, MEP upgrades, together with the fitting out of a £2m show apartment.

All works were carried out with the greatest care and attention using traditional materials where required such as solid oak lintels where existing were beyond repair and new lathe and lime plaster to walls and ceilings all using specialised sub-contractors.

The works were completed over a 50 week period.
