Jamestown Road, Camden
Jamestown Road is situated in the heart of busy Camden Town and a short walk from the underground station. We undertook the the strip out and conversion of 10 Jamestown Road to provide 11 retail units, 9 luxury apartments and 20,000sqft office space.
Works were carefully planned to avoid disruption to all surrounding retail, office and hotel buildings.
Re-roofing was undertaken using a Sarnafil System and the installation of a specialist lightweight external cladding was used to avoid increase in weight loadings to existing concrete structure. New M&E services were installed, working in close liaison with EDF to provide temporary and new sub station as works progressed, including 2 new lifts and stair cores from ground to roof levels.
The apartments are currently rented as long term apartment stays and were completed to a high standard with modern open spaces and contemporary finishes.
