We carried out the infill to Kingway College's existing service yard, providing classroom & workshop facilities over 2 levels. We also carried out a tier steel extension to provide touch down & circulation space within the existing atrium.

Spaces provided included: 

  • A fully fitted plumbing workshop with bathroom & boiler installation bays.
  • Carpentry workshop fitted with a selection of machines for cutting timber with a fully installed extraction system.
  • Electrical workshop with test bays and stands for various types of electrician installations
