We are thrilled to announce that we are now a CIOB Chartered Building Company! We already uphold The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)’s high standards of ethics and professionalism, and with several of our team already possessing MCIOB status, company registration was an obvious next step for us. We are now embarking on a program with the CIOB team to offer chartership opportunities to rest of our eligible staff.
As part of our membership, we also signed CIOB’s Diversity & Inclusion Charter (you can see more on this here -> https://lnkd.in/dWJZQRdf ). We embrace diversity and have an environment where all are welcome and respected. We are proud that 31% of our team are women, 3 of which are part of the Leadership Team. We’re embracing the next generation, with seven members of the team under the age of 35, plus with an average company age of 41, we’re ready for the future. We know the benefit of having a team with a range of experiences and perspectives and how important it is that our workforce represents our customers. This makes us a stronger and better business all round.
