Apex Contractors Ltd have just been awarded the fit out of 79 Fitzjohn’s Avenue in Hampstead for Lifestory.

The £17.2m project has recently undergone extensive enabling works including the strip out of existing finishes and

services with the main works commencing in October 2019 with a scheduled completion in July 2020.

The 2 buildings will provide 29 luxurious retirement homes along with leisure facilities and off street parking.
