Working alongside Pegasus, part of the Lifestory Group, we have completed the West Wing at Highfields, West Byfleet. The block and beam constructed building features 40 apartments specifically for later living and offers residents bright open plan living with spacious rooms with high end finishes and interiors.

The West Wing is the first phase to finish, the East Wing is currently being constructed on the opposite side of the site and once complete, will offer 35 additional apartments.

Selected homes at Highfields have private balconies or terraces and the development offers communal facilities including a lounge, yoga studio, landscaped gardens and an allotment for residents to enjoy.
