The conversion and refurbishment of an existing four storey commercial office building was undertaken under permitted development to create 24 apartments (1 & 2 bedroom).

Work included:

  • Re-configuration of the front entrance.
  • New windows with Juliette balconies 
  • New Lift.
  • Internal fit out forming 24 apartments with a full fit out of kitchens, bathrooms & floor finishes.
  • Rear car park re-surfaced with access control.
