Apex remodelled an existing 3 floor commercial office building into 14 apartments. This project was carried out while 3No top floor tenants and a retail outlet remained in place through the construction works.

Project Details:-

  • A new staircase & lift had to be co-ordinated within the scheme to allow access for the tenants.
  • External works included new terrace decking and balustrade for the existing tenants. A new SFS rendered façade forming different angles to each elevation.
  • Fit-out works included back to shell strip-out; M&E package which included air conditioning, underfloor heating & LED strip lighting. Metal stud partitioning, Porcelanosa kitchens & bathrooms, wooden & soft flooring & decoration.
